Carmen Wagner is survived by her husband Jim, children Ron (partner
Cynthia), Rommel (spouse Caroline) and Candice (spouse Martin), twin grandchildren Maegan
and Taylor, grand step child Lucas as well as step children Jeff and Lyle (spouse Kim).
Those who knew Carmen might find some poetic justice that she met her end trying something
exotic like wild mushrooms. This from a woman who only a few months ago confided to Candy
and Ron that she wanted to buy, in her 63rd year, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Although,
she always had a love-hate relationship with machines, especially cars, like everything
else she tried, lack of experience never stopped her from going to the extreme.
Mom was notoriously absent-minded and spontaneous. So, it was common for her to show up at
your door for a visit when you least expected it. Then you were treated to a long good-bye
as she showed up several more times looking for something she forgot ? all the while
talking non-stop and flitting from topic to topic.
That was the way she passed from here. She tantalized us for several weeks with a drama of
which she was the center. Then, with one last frantic goodbye, she was gone.
