It must have been very difficult for you and your family. I can't imagine what it must
have been like for you. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

Dear Jim, Candy, Rommel & Ron:
We have just read the sad news on the
website. Ka Reuben and us have been exchanging e-mails on updates regarding Ka
Carmen's
condition and he mentioned to us that there is a prayer for Carmen website.
We've been trying to send messages and prayers on the site but it kept returning to us.
We've always been praying from the very start we knew of her condition. She will always be
a special memory to us.
Always love each other. Edna, Mercy, Yolly, Alice & Rey Tuao
To the Family of Carmen Wagner;
My most Sincere Sympathies to your big loss;
I am a friend of Zenaida and Tom Faustino and have been following this story every
day.
While I did not personally know Carmen, this story has touched me. I felt she was a
strong woman and I do know she did an excellent job of raising her children.
I know this from my conversations with Zenaida at work, and reading your daily journal
entries to the web site along with the family photos.
You were there for her; I'm positive she felt your presence at all times. You did a
wonderful job of keeping us all informed throughout this ordeal;
yesterday's and today's report were heartbreaking but you wrote a beautiful legacy - it
was so well stated. I am sure your Mom is so, so proud of you all.
Our Heartfelt Sympathies to the Family,
God Bless,
Ruth and Pierre Royal, Montreal, Canada

We know you, Carmen, are in a better place.
You left with dignity. You were surrounded by your loved ones. We will
miss you very much.
But you have left your spirit here on this earth. Hopefully we can all continue to
do the work you have done for others with your zest for life.
I am glad I got to know you and your family. I am a better person for having
known you. I will never forget you.

I'm truly sorry to here about Carmen. My
prayers go out to all of you. Whenever Jim was playing softball or just relaxing with his
friends
Carmen was there, it was refreshing to see. It comes as a shock to think that something
like mushrooms would do this.
God Bless,
Ang Conti
Dear family of Carmen!
I did not know your mom very well, but admired her happy and loving personality. I
work at Briarwood Manor and remember her from the caring visits she made to one of our
residents years ago. Think it was Dolly Mosure? This summer she started to become a
volunteer at our facility. Due to her trip to California she was only able to
volunteer one day, but was looking forward to continue this mission in the fall. She
helped our frail residents to walk to attend mass. It was very apparent, that Christ
was with her. I was so very saddened to hear of her misfortune. Having grown up in
Germany, I have always picked mushrooms in the woods (with my grandfather's expert
guidance) and they were delicious! It also surprised me to see your mom's age. She
appeared to be so much younger and full of life. You have helped all of her friends to
stay in touch with this website. Thank you! Being present at the moment of a loved
ones death is a special gift that you will always remember. Just think, you were
with her when she met the Lord!!! I have had this priviledge with my beloved
mother-in-law and will always treasure that moment. Carmen must be very proud of all her
children! May her Love continue to be with all of you. You are in my prayers!
WE AT BRIARWOOD MANOR WILL MISS CARMEN
TERRIBLY!!!!!
Fondly,
Agnes LaPorte
Dear Ron, the Santos Family and Friends,
I feel deep sadness for the loss of your
mother. I have seen how people have responded to this crisis with an outpouring of
emotions
that is a testament to the love that Carmen brought to this life, and shared unselfishly
with those around her.
On behalf of my family, I'd like to express
my condolences on the passing away of your mother.
